The Mobile Words Approach

Do you need to backtrack to have some of the basics explained?

|
|
Before we start, a few simple steps to a calm meditation in this particular "words room":
|
|
|
FOCUS
Words will appear from within the screen. Allow your peripheral vision to widen so that you are not concentrating too much on the screen itself.
The meaning of the word is not important - in a literal sense - because it is designed to work on your subconscious level.
If you try not to think about them, or their meaning, they will have a calming effect at the deepest possible level.

BREATHE
As the first word appears, take a deep breath, right down low into the bottom of your lungs.
Allow the breath to flow out naturally ....
- slowly...
-
- deeply.
|

|
REPEAT
Repeat, over and over again. Let the words wash over you ... through your subconscious.
KEEP GOING
Keep going for 20 minutes. If possible, listen to some deeply entrancing music at the same time. Through headphones works best for most people.
When your concentration strays, which it will, simply guide it back to object of your concentration.
