Meditation



Paul Wilson has been teaching meditation for 30 years.

In the 80s he realising that most people were too tied up in the "real" world to put in the hours that the traditional meditation approaches required, so he developed an alternative - one that would deliver the same benefits in a more streamlined way. This was covered in his book, The Calm Technique. In the 90s he, and a team of rearchers, took it further and developed a range of even more streamlined meditation methods.
